I was asked to share details of this interesting event with our blog readers and GISuser visitors… The American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) is pleased to celebrate the Tenth Annual GIS Conference & Exhibition in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania May 1-4, 2007. For the tenth anniversary of this unique conference, the only one dedicated solely to the use of GIS in airports and aviation, the focus will be on how far the airport GIS community has come in the past ten years and where airport GIS may take the aviation world in the next ten years. In addition to a wide variety of presentations, panels and open discussions, the conference provides an exhibit hall, an airport GIS tour, a golf tournament, and opportunities for sharing lessons learned with other airports from across the U.S. and around the world. Small, medium, and large airports are encouraged to attend this educational program. For more information see http://www.aaae.org/fs03/meeting_documents/0413regbrochure.pdf
