iPhone Tip to locate your UDID
If you’ve ever had a chance to beta test an iPhone app chances are good you had to provide the developer with your UDID enabling them to provide you with the Beta app for testing. So, how to locate the UDID? Plug the device into your PC (or MAC) and wait until iTunes syncs and recognizes your phone. Select your device from the available devices list in iTunes and select the “Summary” tab. To see your UDID, click on the word “serial number” beside the image of the iPhone. You should see the word “identifer” and an alphanumeric string… this is your UDID.
