The Esri EDN team along with Digitalglobe have partnered up to offer a fun hackathon for GeoGeeks prior to ESRIUC. Andy Gup from Esri’s EDN team reminds us that this will be a great chance to try out the new ArcGIS Developer’s site features! So if hacking is your thing and your up to maybe winning some cool prizes too then get to San Diego a couple of days early and take part in the week-end hackathon.
Some details… The Esri UC Hackathon will bring data experts, programmers, designers, business development professionals, and technology enthusiasts together to share perspectives and build software solutions designed to improve the San Diego community. Esri will provide APIs/SDKs and DigitalGlobe will provide awesome new imagery so teams can identify opportunities to collaborate and design with ArcGIS using publicly released San Diego data to create location-based projects aimed at solving civic challenges faced San Diego citizens. – See more
