Via way of the USGIF, we have some updates on the Geospatial Revolution Project – an integrated public media and outreach initiative about the world of digital mapping and how it is changing the way we think, behave and interact. About the project… Penn State Public Broadcasting will use the Web to release 8 video episodes — each 7 minutes or so — on an ongoing basis over the lifespan of the project. This will allow for the rerelease of segments as they are produced, a broader audience span and the ability to better reflect emerging trends in geospatial technology as the project is completed. Eventually, the episodes will culminate into a documentary. See more including a demo trailer video at http://geospatialrevolution.psu.edu/
