Here’s another one of those stupid thief stories! This time some rocket scientists nabbed surveying equipment – a big problem in that industry! According to DetroitNews online, The events started Tuesday, when a thief broke into a surveyor’s truck near Harper and Conner on Detroit’s east side and stole $25,000 worth of surveying equipment. A savvy office then found a listing on Ebay where the seller claimed he was in Texas but the photos proved otherwise, it definitely wasn’t Texas, in fact it was in Detroit and a cop recognized the street! Nice job to the Detroit Police detectives for nailing these scumbags!
